About

Froster had been a family-driven logistics company since 1980. As the business evolved from wholesale to full-service frozen logistics, a gap began to appear between how the company worked and how it was perceived. Our role was to close that gap and build a brand that reflected both ambition and authenticity.


Through strategy workshops, we defined Froster’s core belief in a single line: Winning together. Not just a tagline, but a mindset rooted in trust, support, and shared progress. It became the foundation for everything that followed.


From there, we redefined the brand across every layer. We shaped a new identity that balanced warmth and professionalism, expanded the color palette, and gave visual expression to the company’s energy and intent.


The website brought it all together. Built as a digital reflection of the brand, it offered a clear overview of Froster’s full-service offering, structured with care and simplicity. A key part of that experience was the Careers section, designed to highlight Froster’s human side and attract talent that connects with the culture. It showed who they are, not just what they do.
