Hyer® wasn’t the cheapest option in private aviation, and that was exactly the point. They were doing more work, offering more service, and still getting grouped with companies selling low-cost seats. The brand lacked a clear story. We worked together to change that.
We introduced the idea of Personalized Aviation, not as a slogan but as a strategic decision. It meant shifting the focus from price and efficiency to control, care, and clarity. It meant putting Full Charter at the center of the business, and positioning Per Seat as a temporary model, not the future.
That mindset gave Hyer® something it never had before: a clear point of view. From there, everything followed. The offer, the messaging, the identity, and the product all aligned.
We translated that strategy into the digital experience. The custom booking platform was designed around multiple user types and informed by data. Every step of the flow was built for clarity and ease, without sacrificing depth or control. It had to work flawlessly, especially in a high-touch market like private aviation.
But functionality alone was not enough. The website needed to reflect the feeling of flying with Hyer®. We added refined details like subtle transitions, immersive motion, and a 3D aircraft that quietly takes off as you scroll. More than decoration, these elements brought the brand’s promise to life.
This was not just a rebrand. It was a complete reset, grounded in strategy and built as an experience.
