MARSHALS connects serious buyers and sellers of iconic cars through a premium online auction experience. But this was never just about building a marketplace. It was about creating a brand that people would trust with high-value decisions, in a space where credibility is everything.
We developed the strategy and the name, inspired by the unsung heroes of racing. The marshals are the ones who keep things safe, fair, and moving. That idea shaped the entire brand. Supportive, precise, and built to perform without distraction.
We translated that mindset into a full digital product. From positioning to platform, every element was designed to feel clean, confident, and in control. The auction flow, the bidding logic, the notifications, and the way cars are presented were all intentionally crafted to reduce friction and increase trust. Behind the scenes, automation and real-time updates supported a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers.
