About
The Campus is a high-end office development located within Park 20|20 in Hoofddorp. Built around the five elements of Feng Shui, it offers a workspace experience focused on energy, balance and clarity. Together with G&S Vastgoed and MVSA Architects, we developed a brand that brings this philosophy to life in every detail.
We created a modular identity system and a digital platform that feels refined and intentional. The design language reflects the core values of The Campus: sustainability, innovation and flow. The website was designed to support that story with precision and calm interaction, built for scale and clarity.
In parallel, we rebranded Park 20|20 itself. While based on the same circular vision, this identity needed a different tone. More open, accessible and public-facing. We adapted the design system with lighter typography, simplified interaction patterns and a voice that invites rather than impresses.
Both brands share the same foundation but express it in distinct ways. One focused and serene. The other open and inclusive. Together they form a connected ecosystem with clear positioning, visual alignment and room to grow.
